Do whatever you can to cast farther. Premium/more crowded spots require more accuracy.

Should the amount of ball bearings help with finding a good reel depending on what your targeting like for example fishing for menpachis a 13 ball bearing reel or does spinning ratio counts more

I am using power pro 30lbs test. Mainly use big bubble(full) attached to swivel with 10 lbs fluorocarbon and curly tail grub. I notice failure in the main line near the swivel or top of the bubble. Is this a natural thing? I don’t see fraying on the line. In your experience is this a high tension point? Or is this my 💩tty knot tying skill😂? Or how many cast do you recommend changing the rig out?
