Awesome video! Very helpful in making new choices for upgrading and/or revamping my gear (although there's not too much of a need of that left to do). Still a lot of great information and thoughts and ideas to consider. I lived in American Samoa during the 1980's and early 1990's and got hooked on slidebaiting and surf casting for Ulua, shark and other species, I really miss those days. I was surprised as being a tackle shop owner, you can have as many as you want and you only own 11 and 14. I went out to my shed and walked away, stopped counting when I hit 30 and 30 and was only about 2/3 of the way through what was visible. I need an intervention 🤣🤙🏼

Hello Sir its Al from Guam. I have started buying fishing gear from you. Great fast shipping and good prices. I need some advice for a new reel. I am an old dude used to whip bak in the 90s . at that time we had only few reels that we could choose. my favorite was the Diawa BG60. Now years later I purchased Spheros 6500 and the retreval rate is way too slow for my whipping style. Wonderig what you would recomend or sell that has a larger spool and higher retrevl rate to get the right action for my lures etc. not needing anythinfg so drastic. not going for Gts mybe just bigger jacks. I used to catch them with the bg60 up to 25 lbs i remember. ( the older I get the bigger the fish used to be ) I also may need a better pole. my old stuff is not so great.. any info helpfull. I usually upgrade, selling the older model to fund the newer more expensive one.

The US113W is one of my favorite 60-80lb casting reels at the moment. I would run them if I didn’t already have my set of older 113HLXW Reels.
