Thanks for another great video. Even though some homes will be close to Eastport, I wonder if the builder will take into consideration the close proximity of the federal prison to LaGrange regarding the bond rate. And I wonder what the resale values will be because of the nearby prison. Going to be interesting. It's only going to take one prison escape to flip this whole situation around. Thank you again for the great tour.

Great video. We love the courtyard villas. The garage front does grow on you, like Michelle said, and the neighborhoods are consistently nice. They seem to be the sweet spot for pricing and features for a lot of people.

Really reminds me of military housing. Not for a retirement home.

We got a lot in the small neighborhood on the other side of the road from that area. We wanted to be able to walk to everything. I love that they have a sidewalk for the neighborhood in that area. We know they will still be working on east port when we first move in but we feel like it’s going to take us 6 months to get the house settled before we want to get into a routine of daily activities. Merry Christmas have a happy and safe new year.

The court yards with the garages in front did put me off when I first started watching videos of the homes, but now they have grown on me, and I like the floor plans.

Hey Frank take a ride on Tippett Trail lot 19 we purchased in Waters Edge let us know your thoughts Lecia and Buddy Jolly we currently live in Marietta GA look forward to meeting you when we get down. Coming end of January for a visit at the design center. Our house should be built complete August time frame.

Those on demand HW heaters are on the outside wall because the exhaust is located at the top of the unit. Can not be vented indoors due to carbon monoxide.

I see in the very beginning of this video that someone knocked down one of the two bollards on the walking path.

Frank: At 7:10-7:40 you show a corner lot at Steiger Rd & Yelland Way. Described as “different … don’t ever get to see the ground … mudded up … flat hard surface … right before they go to put the slab down”. I think that corner lot is actually one of the new Well Point parking areas for cars & golf carts (similar to the mulch visitor parking areas on the Street of Dreams). This corner lot, on Steiger Rd, will be for visitors looking at the 50+ new model homes soon to be completed on Steiger St, Roosa Run, and Witte Loop. Thanks for all your video. The small spa u videoed is a Model home, all those designer homes already built and near completion is the new street of dreams slated to open in April. The 2 patio villa areas and 2 cottage home areas are all current lifestyle visit homes.
