Watching this with sub freezing weather and frost on the ground. Counting down our time to join you Frank. We like that premier home with the jacuzzi. I believe it’s the St. Lawrence model.
The Villages is buying into a lifestyle. There’re some homes with more land and longer driveways. Have you ever visited the section with the multi acre lots? Besides cats/dogs, you can have chickens and horses on your property, I’d love that! I agree, it’s amazing how fast they’re built and the houses are solid. We’ve been visiting friends in TV for 15 years and if it wasn’t for the FL heat/humidity, my husband and I would be living there too. Thanks for making these videos, I love seeing the new builds before we get there this winter.
Frank, Another very informative video. I especially appreciate how you slow down to show the street signs in Well Point, so I can follow along on the Villages maps to see your location. Many of the homes you captured on Roosa Run and Witt Loop are part of 50+ new model sample homes being built in Well Point, close to the new Lifestyle visit homes. A couple new home features offered are cultured stone fronts (about 30 inches high on the front facade) at 1724 Roosa Run (17:17), and 6229 Witt Loop (18:54). The home at 6178 Witt Loop (22:18) is one of the premier home models, where the exterior walls are 10 feet tall, and some have 8 foot tall doors. I am anxious to see your Part 2 or 3. Thanks again. Tom
Well, thanks for the information. I was unaware of some of that, and part two be just a little bit more of what was showing in part one just don’t want the videos to get too long and thank you for watching. I appreciate that.
The Villages is a great place to visit. To me, the houses are not worth the price and the bonds. If it’s a resale, you may not have to pay the bond but the house usually needs $100k worth of work. The lots are really small and I really don’t like the siding.

Burrr, sounds a bit cold for sure! And thanks for the model name, didnt know that, and thanks for watching!
