As always you do a fantastic job in showing us how beautiful TV are. Thank you for taking time out of your day to do this. I enjoy it so much. Hoping some day I can get there.
Thank you for sharing. It’s so beautiful there. I can understand why some people don’t like the closeness and cookie cutter style but for me I love how looks. So neat and clean. Hopefully we will be there by the end of October. Hashing out the last details for the sale of our home. Thanks again we love your videos.
Another great video Frank, thanks for sharing that beautiful Sunday morning with us. The new houses in Richmond are for sale but not on the app or website. I guess you have to call an agent to get any information.
We were just there on Monday Sept 9th visiting the open houses, it was super busy. You can feel the excitement. Good job on showing the homes and area around it.
Another Great video Frank, agree with the comment “Boots on the ground” haha. By chance have you had a chance to look into the precast concert homes? We were there a month ago for a couple days and had a chance to tour one and we really like the sound/solid construction. I have been unable to find any videos on how they put the walls together and what locks each panel to the next, is it just glue, tongue and groove or bolted together. Thanks, hopefully see you on the cart path one of these days in a year or so!
What i have seen is they are more like tongue and grove and put over rebarb and then cemented seems. Just to give you an idea and a mental visual of basically what they’re doing, but they still do concrete builder block as well.. i’ve watched the cranes lift each panel and slide it into the groove of the previous panel. It’s attaching to.
Thank you for sharing your experience in the Shady Brook area. I just recently purchased in the Avery Villas. I was wondering if you could find out if there are planning to build any commercial businesses in the area. I just subscribed to your channel and if you could keep your ear to the ground on any up coming projects like Walmart, Costco or Home Depot near the EastPort area would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your content.
Not that I know of. Outside of Eastport i haven’t heard anything mentioned. I know there are plans to build a Super walmart at 44 and Morse but around Eastport area ive heard a grocery store and such.
@@retiringtothevillagesflori197 It would seem that their inspiration for that sign was Joanna Gaines' shiplap craze, but the slats remind me of either a whitewashed pallet, or an old school bed frame.

There’s some new patio villas going up in Shadybrook. If you get a chance, go check those out.
I certainly will !!
Thank you for the videos. Could you show the street signs as you travel. It helps us figure out where the homes are located. We appreciate you!
Yes I can thanks for watching , however mention most
How about bonds are they much higher here?
Seems to me that they are higher in these areas say compared to areas that arent so close to Eastport
@@retiringtothevillagesflori197 thank you I so appreciate your quick responds.
All you see are garage doors 😢
But then I see those were courtyard villas. The houses looked better.
Thanks for watching!
The sign looks cheaper at Avery Villas😢
I kinda thought so too

Looks like it's made out of a pallet.
