Almost a $40k bond on those cottages over 30 years that’s over $83k 😮 I remember when the bonds were less than $20k & less than 20 years. That new model I believe there are 2 in the Enclave. Thanks for another great video Frank.

I think those wall fences will be better after you see more. I one like them because I so dislike all the hedges people plant for the same reason and they the hedges need water🤷‍♀️

How does “the villages“ plan to deal with catastrophic climate change in Florida? Can you get hurricane and/or flood insurance? What is the cost per year? Thank you :-)

Yes, you can still get homeowners insurance, as to the price that varies from company to company and the type of policy.
