I wish more people called out these build videos with how expensive they are. I saw a build few days ago where guy's single ring cost like 3 mirrors with corrupted Ingenuity. I get it's their job to play the game and I only have like 300 hours, but I made 5-6 different tier 15 builds and all their gear combined cost less than 10div

This build comes nowhere near that price point, with that level of investment I had better be doing enough damage to kill pinnacles so hard that it carries over to the next time I fight them. Yeah, I agree. This build is good if you have 100 Div and the ability to trade. Quinn is SSF.. so he is trying to make it work for free.

@@hostileactual7655 no it isn't. the problem is stat stacking and howa are way too easy and cheap to get. in poe1 stat stackers are completely busted builds as well, but they are infinitely more expensive or time intensive to put together.

You still need to consider damage up-time, each plasma blast takes 2 seconds to channel, I get to fully benefit from huge damage multiplier gems like Hourglass which add cooldown to the base skill but I get to offset that by building bleed duration to have consistent up-time. I think bleed is definitely far from perfect in PoE 2 having played nothing but bleed builds in PoE 1 for the last 2 years, however I believe in this case it is actual a net-positive for the build to work around

Yeah. I love JayTX for his contributions to the bleed archetype and I know the video title here is purposely a bit "provocative", but this build is barely "bleed" and it's not really comparable to Quin's version at all. It's just a gimped version of an Int stacker that uses currency to fit in "bleed". "Bleed" is playable, but "pure Bleed" is basically just shooting yourself in the foot to fulfill a fantasy at the moment.

That's just a big problem with how bleed (And most damaging ailments) work in PoE2. They're based on the hit damage, so the more hit damage you do the better the ailment, but at some point, it's generally just better to not use ailments at all.

Do you have the right jewels and quiver? Increased projectile damage and global physical damage can net you an additional 5-8k dps(depends on the rolls). A quiver with at least 50% damage to bow skills is another massive dps increase. Unfortunately you won't reach his dps unless you also grab yourself a 500+ dps bow.

You have to release it at the perfect timing, takes some skill sadly which is hard in a game where you get sneezed on and die lol

I'm running a similar setup with a poison variant. On a Witch Hunter, Uniques: Snakebite gloves to give extra +1 stack of poison. Serpent's Egg amulet for extra frenzy charge. Ryslatha's Coil belt for extra physical damage. Focus on getting Critical Damage Bonus (not Crit Chance), quiver bonus nodes. Slap on % chance to poison on hit + % magnitude of poison, % quiver bonuses on jewels and get poison nodes. Hit 97% chance to poison with about 70% magnitude. One snipe and the target eats the poison. Good thing about poison is it goes through ES. That extra 1 stack of poison (for a total of 2) is useful for mapping. Witchhunter's Zealous Inquisition and culling strike helps a ton with mapping. Build is very good for Breach. The rest, no so much unless you have good attack speed rolled on your gear and passives. For Spiral Volley, use Maim, Blind, Pin, Lockdown and Perpetual Charge to ensure nothing gets you. Pins, blinds and increases your accuracy rating from distance. I'm also using Hand of Chayula to punch single target with Enfeeble + Sniper's Mark + Profusion + Withering Touch. This is your debuff punch (I use a shield.. my evasion is 80% with 75% block when punching.) Use Rain of Arrows with Inevitable Critical on Sniper Mark to build Frenzy charges if bossing. Kite around, Barrage + Snipe when you have max charges. I use a shield and 37 weapon passive points to invest in block chance and unarmed attack speed nodes. Slap a good, high evasion/block shield. Rain of Arrows with Inevitable Critical + Corrosion (for breaking armour using poison) + Overpower (faster stun) + Discombobulate (Daze build up, leading to even faster stun). For persistent buffs, I use Combat Frenzy (for Frenzy Charges). Wind Dancer (for free evasion rating) slotted with anything that might be useful to deal more damage (when mobs hit you, they get hit with gale force and they take poison damage!). Grim Feast (for 2x ES) and Ghost Dance (5% of evasion as ES when you are hit). The key to this build is actually a few things. 1. Getting consistent perfect snipe. Attack speed helps. Learn the timing. 2. Scale as much Physical damage and Critical Damage Bonus. 3. Don't overspam Spiral Volley. Take 1.5s in between shots to ensure you always have Frenzy Charges.) 4. When in doubt, Rain of Arrows and kite around. Only snipe rares when they are pinned. Otherwise, rares will eat you alive. Overall, still got room for improvement and I'm learning ways to deal with survivability and damage scaling. This build's problem is it requires multiple investments on various things like damage/critical damage/poison chance/poison magnitude, leaving very little room for ES stuff. As far as Acrobatics go, as long as you have huge amounts of evasion, feel free to take it. Otherwise, leave it out. 1.7k HP with 1k ES (or 2K ES with grim feast)
