I just listened to this again now that she's claiming 'self defense'. I can see why her lawyer tried to challenge the way her rights were read, etc. He was trying to get everything she said in her interrogation to be inadmissible in court. That because she contradicts herself A LOT; including her new self defense claim. It's obvious she often feels cornered. In her own words, they had "a good day" and there were no incident between them for about a month. I find it interesting that she claims to not recall making the video, yet she clearly recalls the entire day before and after the video! She also clearly and most adamantly recalls what her intent was and was not that night. It's just that shocking video she conveniently doesn't recall making. I was a battered wife years ago. I was often beaten, even when pregnant; psychologically, emotionally and financially abused. I was eventually escorted out of my house by police with a baby and a toddler very late one night, and taken to a safe place. Yet, I could have never done to my ex what she did to George. There also has to be an immediate threat before there can be self defense. That was not the case here, according to her very testimony. Her claim to "excel at everything.." is nauseating considering the fact that she totally failed at THE most important thing. Saving a human life! I hope the jury sees right through all her BS.
