- A Florida man said he returned home in August 2022 to find his roommate unresponsive in their front yard. James Edwards Hicks and Terri Jo Williams were roommates in Pensacola, often disagreeing about various living situations. The ongoing feud led the 65-year-old woman to issue an eviction notice to Hicks. Williams’ body was found lying inside a shallow water decoration in the front yard. Hicks claimed she suffered from depression and may have done that herself. Williams’ autopsy, however, led investigators to believe something else happened that day. @@eluddfYes, but there's also a thing called "common sense"! It really depends what's normal in an individual household. Many houses in the US (from what I've seen) look like trash piles, especially in circumstances when people have drink or drug problems. In such cases, I'd side with you. In my house, it would be almost impossible to find a note that old which wasn't in a place where important correspondence is kept.
With this interviewee, I'd be suspicious because a) it's unlikely that a man tells a woman he "loves her" if they're in a platonic only relationship, unless there was a previous sexual relationship (which he denies). b) his crying is wholly unconvincing: it starts ONLY once he's produced that note, and stops VERY suddenly (also notice his dry eyes). This sequence of crying is often a sign of crocodile tears - compare to the Alex Murdaugh case when he cries in the patrol car just after he allegedly 'found' his wife's cold, dead body.
@2centsworth1965 he said something that was in the note had happened before he moved in which was 6-7 years prior. That's where they are getting that from.

Bringing up that note was the very first BIG red flag of this case In my opinion.

Quantity = the amount or number of a material or immaterial thing not usually estimated by spatial measurement.

I am not on drugs but I was around someone for a while before I knew she was on meth. Being around her for so long it’s made me open my eyes to people and who’s on what. I have watched 100’s of police body cam videos . I have also watched 100’s of courtroom videos. In the body cam vids and courtroom vids it is stated what drugs they were found with or what their ua tested for . I’ll be watching a body cam and I’ll know what drug it is before any direct knowledge is shared about what they are on. Im not bragging about being able to tell. But now I am informing you how I came to that conclusion. Believe it or not that’s up to you. I don’t care.
