My son is 16 an gets ssi.. he is autistic and has a speech inpairment and also partily blind. This dude does seem like he is slow. He thinks being hard is being cool. Sad because his ma is teaching hin to not own up to his actions. I told my son you go out an kill someone when it isnt to peotect yourself or your family then that is on you you will do the time. He aint a baby he is a grown man tho. He has some kind of mental disability. He might be ni polar witch kinda sounds like it too.
