speaking on things i've learned going through various walks of life. Peace and love ✌️
let the fear consume you.
fear is just a method of control. whether inflicted upon you by yourself or others. look down to the very core of your fears and logically decide if it's right to keep believing in them (9 times out of 10 it won't be haha). empower yourself

just change your identity.

we think we need to change our actions first in order to become something, when in reality we change our identity which leaks into our actions. if you see yourself as the opposite of what you want to be, chances are, you won't become that thing. not without a lot of uphill fighting anyway. tiktok- www.tiktok.com/@junnipres?_t=... instagram- junnipres?i... #improvement #selfimprove...

ANGER

when we're angry it's often an indicator that something is wrong in our own lives. it's a sign to look inward and see if you should constructively change to grow into your scenario or simply leave it. tiktok- www.tiktok.com/@junnipres?_t=... instagram- junnipres?i... #improvement #selfimprovement #changeyourlife #change #startnow #manifesting #manifestation #selflove #motivation #...

an important thing i forgot to mention is too look inward and see the benefits in what you've learned from your victimizing experiences. how does that make you better now? what did you take from it? and how can you apply that in not running into a same situation again. I like your long hair in that picture !
I like movies that explore the subject of indentity. One of which is 'Suture' (1989) in which a man wanted by the police tries to fake his own death by killing his half brother making it look like it was him ie; swaps identities. The brother survives but can't remember who he is and a doctor convinces him he is his brother. It's quite a quirky movie and i won't spoil the story for you ! Another movie i like is a 'spaghetti western' called 'Faccia a Faccia' ( Face to Face ( 1967 ) A primitive, violent bandit captures a sophisticated, intelligent professor. During their time together each of them adopts the way and attitude of the other. Adrian; UK/England
Hi Leilani, wishing you well, your videos from the last few months have been an inspiration to get up and do something. It becomes far too easy for a lot of time to pass before you realize you haven’t been doing the thing you want to do in a long while. Hope you’re back soon.
Hey, how are you? You need to make another video. Because I just did an update, so you must too :) EDIT: I don't know if you do it intentionally, but I love the style of your videos. I mean the low quality image and audio makes your videos look like recorded on a 2000s camera and I absolutely love that!

This video is a great reminder that everyone has valuable insights and genuinely good advice to share. I'm glad TH-cam recommended it to me!
No one identity is absolute. If it was, socialising wouldn't be interesting. It is nice to go through phases in a healthy manner.
We got the same birthday ayyyyyy
Thx for this Video. It‘s exactly what I needed to hear right now. Now lets get started !
Where you go Lei-Lei? You not post in awhile. Did the fear consume you?
when I hear people say fear isn't real and it has no power, it's reassuring but when it happens again, it's overwhelming and reaction happens before deciding to approach it differently
I remember this being how I stopped being afraid of the dark as a 13 year old. I let the feeling of fear build up, but after a while, I was able to think clearly and be like, "Why am I afraid of something like ghosts that I know don't exist, and even if it did exist, why would they be trying to scare me? And even if they did try and scare me, why should I care?"
Lol this is the first video of yours I procrastinated watching just from the title, I'm not sure exactly the relation perfectly between anger and irritation (at least in myself) but I know they always come hand in hand in a separate and noticeable way, and through dealing with the irritation rather than anger definitely helps, because anger can be so vague and destructive it's hard to notice my own part to play. It helps too but when I ask myself what is "irritating me" I can easily focus on the present rather than let the flood of past things that also made me angry get in the way and cause more confusion.
Really good advice! Been going through the same thing with fear feeling like it is going to kill me and having to let it wash over and walking through those fear barriers that feel like theyre going to kill me and it feels like dying but sometimes there is some success of some sort
In neurolinguistic programming, they detach you from your fear so you can observe things objectively. Unfortunately, it's always been easier for me to get laid than to teach people anything. They're like "Teach me how to play the guitar!" but they don't really want to learn. They'll ask me to teach them how to play a certain guitar lead they heard me play. I tell them that I don't know, I was improvising. Similarly, men will see me getting women to laugh and want to join in on it, get some of the attention, so they'll say a canned line or joke. Not the same. Once again, I was improvising. That's the part of your brain you need to tap into, the part that improvises, and fear is holding you back. You're going to make a lot of mistakes when you first start out, it's unavoidable. Eventually, you don't even have to think about it. I don't know how to tell people. It's easier for me to do something than to try to explain it, and the map is not the territory.
this is a good tool to share; to have available; but it doesn't always work; if/when the universe allows/demands; no tool will work; and any tool will work; but don't take my word for it; i'm entertaining myself; with lies;
thank you so much for making and sharing this. your courage is inspiring. 💖
Identity is empty and people with identities are delusional.
You project yourself onto the world. How you feel about the world is precisely what you are .
If fire will not consume you, it will make you more stronger.
Not necessarily, but there is alchemical truth in that.
@@Fred.Carpenter Right, offcourse I've used a parable, just a exaggerated example, just for creating an image, an idea in mind.
Thanks for the content. I would like to know if you read books or not and what is the most important book that has influenced you recently.
fantastic
A book i would highly recommend to the person this reading this comment is outwitting the devil by Napoleon Hill. It talks about how fear controls.
This was on my homepage and I'm here out of curiosity. Not that I can relate. I don't experience fear, or rather, I have no irrational fears that I've discovered. This idea of letting it consume you to reclaim agency is interesting to me. Even though I don't experience fear sometimes I have a sensation that's unusual to me. The best way I can think to describe it is like you're driving and your check engine light comes on, or your transmission makes a noise when you shift gears. You lnow it happened and you can pull over and see what's wrong or ignore it until later and keep driving, but because you are not your car you never felt it physically. Well my mind is as separate from my body as my body is to a car. That's almost what this sounds like to me. Experiencing fear in your body but separating it from your mind? Realizing that you still have agency despite the transmission groan in the vehicle?
let go and be embraced by acceptance my friends :)
Children always think they know everything.

So your birthday is 2 days before mine!
In my opinion, it is true that what you fear could not harm you. If you feel anguish, a fear of something undefined, being willing to accept that the undefined thing will happen always be less harmful than the fear itself. However, fear and anguish do damage your body. The body prepares to defend itself and these defense mechanisms, prolonged over time, damage your health. The best thing to do is consult with a mental health professional. It is true that letting the tiger eat you, where there are no tigers, is positive, but professional help gives you a better quality of life. It is valid to accept help. Good luck and love.
Fear causes us to contract. Love causes us to expand. This is reflected in Geburah and Chesed in the Hebrew Tree of Life, with the path of Teth running between them.
the camera quality is honestly charming. also ur videos are great to have on while studying :)

what I have learned lately is what I project or share is often something that I need to internalize. that's why I try to review what I create no matter how emotionally painful it is. cheers!
