This is part 2 of the warm up regulator rebuild/calibration. Last week we rebuilt the distributor and this time we will calibrate it. I will find out how to change ranges and static pressure measurements based on temperature. We will first adjust full regulated pressure, then vacuum enrichment, cold control pressure and then the range that includes hot running pressure. This all must be done in a specific order. Adjustments are made by bending the metallic strip, and also adjusting the mount for the strip. I successfully perform the calibration and then flow test the entire injection system.
