Mine is the m60. And my range is usually over 320. And I don’t drive slow. I wonder why your range was so bad. The cup holders are dumb. And the interior storage isn’t amazing. But Tesla couldn’t touch the IX. Especially towing or in the cold. This is far to do a review with such limited information. Especially the range accuracy being way off. I get a ton of people commenting on how nice my car looks. The black does look more like a mini van though. IMO. And the fact that Tesla stilllll doesn’t have Apple car play or android car play is wild.

I had a 90's 2 door Golf a long time ago. Multiple times the door handles either froze (winter) or simply were broken (both handles). The only way I could get in was through the hatch. At least twice, I had to crawl through the hatch. I thought it was hilarious. Luckily the Model S has 4 other working doors (regular doors plus hatch) in case of bad door handles.

Bad electronic door handles? Substitute with manual handles with key lock. Problems with that old Tesla car? Put a for sale label on it. Thanks.

Electronic control module on the inside of the door that' is susceptible to water from rain or a car wash isn't exactly forward thinking.

Considering that the i3 originated in 2014, you can appreciate that this rear-wheel-drive car has a cabin entirely made of carbon fiber, and the remaining parts are made from renewable materials. Therefore, I hold great hopes for the future with the "BMW Vision Neue Klasse," which promises to mark a new era for BMW's electric vehicles, just as they did ten years ago with the introduction of the innovative i3 and i8.

I enjoyed your review, I have a 2021 Tesla Model S but I want to really check out other options at the end of the year when I plan on getting a new car. This is one of the cars I will be looking at. I am also looking at a Polestar especially intrigued by the upcoming Polestar 4. I would be interested if you did a review on that.

This is what you call “Why-tech”, meaning yes you can create it but why? It is more prone to failure and difficult to repair for what benefit? This helped cement that a Tesla and other such vehicles will not be in my garage.

The KISS "Keep IT Simple Stupid" method would have worked better. Why is there is servo just to extend the door handle out to for you to extend it further to open the door? High tech is nice but simple door mechanism design over 100 years ago seem to cost less and quite possible never fails.

Props on doing that work yourself and showing us the hassles you went through. Lots of TH-cam’s will just skip over the nonsense or not show it. Also the door handle locks on my bmw stopped working and needed to be replaced as well. So all these clueless EVs suck comments are so stupid. Any part can break on any car. Agreed with EVs are way less maintenance than ice cars. But both are good for different uses!

1999 ranger here only ever had to swap out battery flush the coolent chainge the oil and replace brake pads plugs and wires not bad for 25 year old truck with miles upon miles on it
