Interesting fact that becomes more believable after watching this: someone said that in Bardock's Theme song "Solid State Scouter". It's more meant to reference Bardocks own power level and NOT frieza's other soldiers, which makes more and more sense the more we look into it. Sure, at first it reads in the 3-4 digits, but when it gets to 5 digit numbers it feels more like a single rising power level than just different levels. And if we consider everything about this video true (and the fact that Zenkais are inconsistent) then it isn't hard to believe that when he gets to frieza, his power level is the power level that is heard before the "530,000" at the end of Solid State Scouter, which is 220,000. Zarbon is 30,000 (at max), Dodoria is at 25,000. and the Ginyu Force wasn't there. So that means that it couldn't have been anyone elses power level. meaning Bardock was the strongest Saiyan alive before he died.

Power level of 9,000 is pretty gas considering King Vegeta was the strongest Saiyan during this time at merely 10,000. Top 3 Saiyan Fighters of the time, honestly likely #2 himself.

I think it’s safe to believe that the saiyan instinct bardock surpassed vegeta in saiyan saga and likely dodoria aswell. Its a bit weird to make someone like bardock this powerful tbh

I think the Saiyan Class are determined at birth. It is probably determined by their power levels and predetermined potentials given by the doctors. Because Bardock was born at a low power level and low level were predetermined as weak, he was placed as a low class warrior. But he continuously raised up his own power level beyond the elites and other classes. But it doesn't change his class because they don't pay attention to power level of low class warriors. So the possibility of Radtiz being born with higher power levels than Bardock and Goku. He was thought to be an elite. But after growing up, he never grew much stronger than when he was young. And with the destruction of Planet Vegeta, he never lost status.

Pure Power trumps time, space and existance in dragon ball, its stupid that db characters powering up can cancel bullshit jutsus, sorcery wizard shit.
