He's also capable of destroying infinite dimensions since the Etheron Cannon was stated to have an infinite array of dimensions and Natsu not only destroyed it but ate some of it to gain power in his fight against Jellal and this was still in the very beginning of the series. He has also tanked an infinite amount of timelines being thrown at him and that isn't even all, but this comment would be long if I went over everything.

If Kaguya had access to a whole universe why would she waste chakra to teleport her and others to 6 separate pocket dimensions? When she could have just sent them to 6 different planets within the same universe/ dimension.

Well i do know one thing for certain. Naruto characters in terms of attack pontency seem to peak at planetary to planetary+ with their physical strikes. This does not mean her universe wich she was going to feed more people into was the size of a universe nor was "a new timespace" implying that she was going to destroy the universe, the dimension had it's own timespace therefore it was the birth of one. All of them had time space related abilities and creating a small timespace is impressive but don't prove she can punch hard enough to destroy everything. Them being gods mean nothing because japanese gods and buddhist spirits are not all universal themselves.

A few things about the inconsistent power scaling. While arguing why aren't casual attacks from people more destructive is sill because they aren't trying to destroy things, the incomplete ten tails was unable to control its power, so with its planetary level strength we don't see even a continent being destroyed. FTL speed should mean that people should't be able to talk in the duration of the attack but they do, I've heard arguments on this like the writers aren't physicists so they don't think about that, but that cuts both ways. Kakashis was able to cut Kaguyas arm, so how does he scale in power, and with that as an example there is just dozens of inconsistent scaling from one character to another. In the war arc Naruto gains 5, at least, different jumps in power in two days minimum, which seems at least inconsistent with other world building. Power in anime is just a story device, if the character needs to be stronger they will be, that doesn't mean its consistent.

It’s funny how power-scalers use real math and physics for a fictional show. If you are going to use math and physics use all math and physics and not just what supports your argument. This just doesn’t make sense.
How could Kaguya and Naruto destroy all matter and space in the cosmos which includes themselves? That’s what the universe is. How can a limbo clone in another dimension(a location) interact with Naruto and Sasuke in another dimensions? For them to interact they must be on the same dimension.
The truth is this is fiction and our laws of reality don’t apply, so using the laws that govern our reality is dumb. It creates infinite contradictions. You don’t know what you don’t know. These calcs literally don’t matter.
By that logic, Force doesn't exist in naruto. because real life laws of physics apply.

You talked about distance between dimensions, and that distance maybe being further than the distance between Naruto/Sasuke and the Limbo Dimension, but what’s the scale/size of the Root Timespace? If there’s a star, how big is it? How much energy is Kaguya actually destroying? Without any actual calcs, you’re just making unquantifiable assumptions. And once you get to the size of solar systems, galaxies, etc… I mean, UY Scuti is 5 billion times larger than our sun, and that’s just one star in our galaxy. Can you prove Kaguya can even put a dent in something like that, let alone a galaxy full of stars and planets?
Then, there’s this recurring claim that since the Otsutsuki are aspiring to be like Shibai, they should have power that’s approaching Shibai’s. Okay, but how close is it? A character’s desires or aspirations aren’t evidence for their strength. By this logic, Kid Naruto is Kage level, because he’s aspiring to be Hokage, people aspiring to be billionaires are wealthy. This isn't scalable, either.

It's usually also fair to assume certain things, like characters breathe air, acceleration due to gravity is the same as in the real world, etc. To have meaningful discussions about the mechanics of a verse, that verse has to have some logic or consistency to it. It just gets messy when people try to inject their own narratives, usually for the sake of stirring up controversy
