And when you reported the jake brake problem did you remind the boss that it wouldn't be an issue if the truck was Manual with a stick and clutch to help slow that sucker down?
You can buy your own blood pressure pump from pharmacies Ken. Take it on the road with you and test bp whenever you want or if you feel a bit iffy. I bought mine about 5 years ago from priceline chemists but i think most of them will carry them, i paid about $70. Ive just retired from driving rigids and bp was a problem along with a dicky ticker. I've had to have annual medical since i got crook just to keep my licence. Over now but i still check mine twice a week at home....and some days it scares shit out of me. Stay safe Ken.
