Nothing more to say, Ken. What you are doing works well, mate. Edit, timing, music, drone footage etc. All wrapped up by yourself, while doing a full-time, hard yakka job. And to boot you never forget to say hello/goodnight to your precious Joyce, no matter the time. Well done, Ken. You make these videos look easy, that's the sign of someone who enjoys the process. Keep safe and we always enjoy watching what comes next.
Hey Ken, a few videos back when you were coming back down from Nth Queensland to Brisbane l noticed when I was watching the video I went pass you, that was me in that Kenworth B double grain hauler. Love the videos mate, travel safe 👍🏾
Hey Kenny, I presume that was you / your truck parked up at McDonald’s in Moe.. I couldn’t swing by to check it out / say hello as I was on my way to work at Traralgon… Next time maybe 👍👍 As always I love your work mate 👍👍👍
I was about to say the same thing. I saw the Lindsay double parked up Friday morning at maccas on my way to Melbourne. Couldn’t see the number on the side of the truck lol
Holy crap Ken! I actually saw you!! I live in Traralgon, was walking my dogs along the highway and saw a Lindsay’s B double go past. Thought to myself it was a bit weird to see a Lindsay’s truck up this neck of the woods and thought there was no chance it could be you.. But it was!!! Good to see you coming through Gippsland. Cann Valley is a beautiful spot, but I don’t envy you driving the truck up through there.
Hey Kenny I’m loving the new perspective the drone footage is putting through your videos which one did you end up getting it’s absolutely amazing footage keep it up bud Great stuff
Hi Ken 😊 I saw you driving through Gympie the other day (Maybe Monday or Tuesday) on the Bruce Highway going north you where about to go under the Mary Valley Road between 2-3PM Qld time. It was an honor to see you on the road 👍🏻
Hi from France, you little ripper, saw my old home town Melbourne, you even went over the Westgate bridge, then to "Brissie" via Gipsland, for me it was a trip down memory lane,Bairsnsdale,Lakes Entrance (school holidays),Cooma, used to spend a bit of my youth around south-east N.S.W. (Eden,Merimbula Pambula.) Great photograhy, absolute brilliant little video.
When I get to a yard or somewhere I really don’t have a lot of time to muck around, so it’s difficult to do a proper piece on it but I was thinking I’ll try and put something together on a 24 with some empties
Hey Ken thank you for another awesome video , your getting better and better and seeing some other parts of Aussie. Thank you ,stay safe over there see you on the next one.
Back in the day when I worked for Arafura Freight lines, on a Friday night we used to load up to 25 trailers that night. Alot of them fridge/freezer combo's, the rest flat decks. I do not know how many trailers I loaded by pallet jack, even though I had a forklift ticket because I'm a big bloke, it was me on the jack. What fun!
Thanks for your video Ken, You certainly cover a lot of k's in a short time. The road from Bairnsdale up to about Bombala is pretty ordinary and uphill all the way, no wonder it was a long day. Really enjoy your efforts, Thanks again. John
Spent half my childhood in Bairnsdale and have great memories there. was nice to see Main street again. Did the drive from Melb to brisbane Via Bairnsdale (to visit the grandma) in the year 2000. All i remember was slow twisty and windy roads but great countryside. thanks for another great Vid.
Wow! Hello hon, thank you so much for this great video hon. I really enjoyed watching it! The beautiful scenery and the drone shots, wow, are wonderful! Thanks for sharing mahal ko. I love you hon. I'm waiting for the next one! And please! Take care always, honey.🙏🥰❤️❤️❤️
If you ever find yourself doing a Bairnsdale run north through Cooma and past southern Canberra, I'm happy to meet you at Hume (Southern Canberra). And bring you a decent coffee and a home cooked meal in a container for you to eat on the road up north. Only 10 minutes from Hume.
Change of scenery for your trip home to Brisbane. Well done mate. Always worked in trucks but always amazes me that Saturday arvo lettuce is picked in Vic delivered in Bris Sunday night. Great effort mate! Thanks for the video.
That’s weird, we just got back from a 10 day trip through Gippsland to Eden, I have t been through Bairnsdale and beyond for 40 years and next thing Ken’s been there 😂 there’s some great scenery on that road
Kenny, another rippa mate, great music, brilliant editing, great footage. Hope you enjoyed the different drive up the Princes Highway, some different scenery to the norm. It was great to see the Coffs Harbour footage where Lindsay Transport was born all those years ago. Once again stay safe mate and keep on trucking.
Legend, great video as always. Good change going a different way, although only in Victoria, breaks the monotony a bit. Thanks for sharing, take care mate👍
Another great episode Ken! Got to watch it finally while waiting for a Lindsay double from Mildura to be unloaded in Adelaide so I can put mine on. Looking forward to the next one mate. Cheers
Great video! I would be so stressed not knowing what roads are truck safe or not, especially going North from Bairnsdale. Lots of very big hills and tight roads out that way lol.
Thanks Ken You are a great video editor and the drone shots are amazing. A question. Do you ever get any tyre issues? And I notice very few trailer problems? Oh well drive safe mate Cheers Tom
No,…not really, there’s a permanent tyre fitter in every depot so that side of things are pretty well looked after, same with the trailers, everything is pretty well maintained, I do get the odd light out every now and then but can usually fix it myself
Great work man, I wish everyone in Brisbane saw this to know what’s involved in getting lettuce on thier tables. Yeah Canberra has nothing regarding truck stops, it’s a pain in the a. Thanks for sharing
Good day Ken how are you mate nice trip lots of places you go I have been ,,Like Cooma as. Canberra boy we use to go to Cooma Saturday nights they had the best burgers in late 60 s ,,As teenagers we go to bush dances trying to pick up chicks but never got one ,Country girls not that kind of.Nice you safe and doing fine well old mate stay safe best wishes to you and family cheers 🙏❤️😃👍🦘🇦🇺☘️
Gday Ken, I’ve finally caught up to all your videos after going back to the very beginning. Wow what a transition, you’ve done so well. I’m now one of your followers patiently waiting for the ‘next one’.😊Thank you for taking us on your daily journey through your job and showing us all that you see and do. I’ve even learnt some new things in our industry thanks to you. Well done to Lindsay Transport too for letting you show us all the different depots, trucks and drop offs.…Hope to see you on the road one day mate, keep it up and keep safe.
lol,… the earlier videos were a little on the rough side but at that time I knew next to nothing about making videos and still have a long way to go before anything good comes out of this channel lol…but I’m learning new stuff all the time, thanks for your support and I’ll see you on the next one
G'day Ken, Saved by the depot especially when it is a new place & you are coming off a 14 hour stint driving etc. Only made worse if it is pissing down rain & you have to split the trailers & re connect. The guy in the depot deserves a 6 pack of XXXX Lager. Great video Cheers Louis Kats 👍
Love your videos mate, brings back heaps of memories. Sometimes I wish I was still driving but my back is stuffed, believe it or not, not from the truck driving but from my days parachuting in the Army.
Good morning Ken, got excited when you said your off to Bairnsdale. Nice drive up coast from there to Eden. Maybe gets a little bit narrow for you, videos just getting better and better Ken ..thx
Fun seeing the green speed indicator lights in the Melbourne tunnel. That fog surprised when I was driving to the shops that day, shows autumn has come early to Melbourne.
Another great video, Ken! Really lovely scenery around the Bairnsdale Gippsland area - nice to see different routes that you travel. Always enjoy your videos and look forward to the next one too! Great work on the drone capturing those beautiful vistas! We do appreciate all the efforts you go to, even when you are tired and should be sleeping. Take care on those roads and get as much rest as you can ! :)
