    Instructions: This video is in full length so you can easily follow along. For this workout, no equipment or weights needed. If you have to rest, take a breather and resume as quickly as possible.

    it would be nice if you had a voice over or some kind of automated voice telling you which exercise is next so you dont have to keep looking at the screen while your working out. great workout tho!
