    Equipment: No Equipment Required
    Primary Muscle: Abs
    Instructions: This video is in full length so you can easily follow along. For this workout, no equipment or weights needed. A Total Ab workout you can do whenever and wherever you like. If you have to rest, take a breather and resume as quickly as possible.
    P.S. It’s important to not only sculpt and build your muscles with core strengthening exercises but also burn the fat surrounding the muscles with proper nutrition.
