As soon as you go red karma, the FIRST thing you do is remove your crystals and any expensive lightstones you're wearing. Be careful with this cause it can make you lose a LOT of silver. Second thing would probably be to switch server or switch to an alt and recover your karma somewhere far at a niche spot. These instructions are for non-red players since red ones don't worry much about these things and already know the system in and out.

the bdo naval karma system is one of the most half baked & most punishing. we've all been there at least once, cg on getting out.

It's crazy how many awful changes PA can put out in a row. You cant defend yourself against griefers anymore. People just starting to grinding over you while you cant do anything about it because if you try to kill them you get punished so much for it, its not even worth trying anymore. Openworld PvP is dead due to guildwar removals. Nodewars are dead because its rng who wins basically. PvE'ers have to do NW's that they dont enjoy to get the pve buffs from it and ruining NW's for pvp'ers with it. Uncapped PvP is basically nonexistant anymore, no reason to gear anymore for that

Yup, defending your spot is not allowed now. This is what we used to use the guild dec system for and for enforcing DFS. But thats "toxic"

this was put in place to prevent griefing… instead it helped the griefers more

I despise those people which call for a horde of wankers (1 wanker called is too many) to deal with standart 1v1 arsha pvp. Wild thing is that somehow in their twisted mind they are "wining". Such a spanish shame, especialy when it occurs on seasonal arsha.
