For the Pure black stone, the best bet is to use it, and do a 30 minute introduction to what you plan on doing with it. Then take 30 screenshots (one for each minute) of the pure black stone icon, and add it to every video to trigger Blue Dragon harder.

The reason why people recommend crescent ring over tungrad earing for an upgrade over capotia is due to the fact it is an upgrade that you will keep longer imo. If you are looking purely at prices pen crescent and tet distos are pretty much the same price but tet disto will get you 2 more ap overall when paired with their Jatina counterpart(Based on NA prices). It takes a long while until you look to upgrade your rings, I believe you do not start looking until you are done with your debo grind and with the new debo rings we shall see if you upgrade to ominous, tungrad or debo. In consideration of the fact you will be massively struggling for dp compared to most people not going for blackstar armor then I guess it is fine to go tungrad so that you are not down 16 dp compared to 8. Main problem with blackstar armor is that if you want to get fallen god armor you need to either sell it and buy the fallen or pray to rng to pen it compared to Jetina/guaranteed armor and then caphra's not relying on such, their has been plenty people that struggled tapping their tet blackstar weapon to pen and the armor only has a slightly better chance then the weapons to go pen and armor is the 2nd/3rd peice of armor you want to take to fallen god due to flame availability on most markets. As for the black stone order of use I would use it for 1. Grinding- probably at a place like orcs, giants or gyfin under 2. Hunting- I wanna see if it affects the matchlock shooting speed and how fast you can take a rhino/shadow lion down if it does 3. PvP- I would say guild league (Though would be hard since it is uncapped) or I guess in open world, would probably be better to save it incase someone tries grief your spot or wants to duel for it I suppose. End of the day, no one is going to {Directly} pay for your subscription and if the critics are bringing you views or your just trolling us all then fair game and I wish you the best of luck on your pen armor journey. Hell I have only been back to this game 4 months myself, I watched most of the youtube guides on how to go and what to do and I am personally 673 total (292/277/389) so I aint the end all be all but I learned a thing or two. I have no idea why people like blue_dragon told that this is a mistake and think that if i will made 2 crescent rings i already will have 2 tet disto, that's a fck 40 billion, cuz 40b that's too easy right? i just completed the second jetina accessory and this shit freacked me out, cuz i can't play all the time. So now i have 2 more ap with 2 pen tungrads and 2 pen capotia rings, than if i will have 2 crescent rings and 2 capotia earrings. ofc i will do disto, but at this moment tungrads give me more profit
One reason I can think of for not going Tungrad route would be the cups (search "cup of" in central market). With neither your rings nor earrings being your long-term gear, you cannot put cups in them (otherwise you'd have to spend quite some time grinding for more shards later on to extract them). I'm assuming at your GS you are grinding Serendia Elvia, and the main reason you should be doing that are the cups themselves. This way, for 2 AP more from Tungrads, you are putting yourself in a situation where you need 40bil (for 2x disto) to put your cups on, and assuming you go for PvE (pure damage), thats 6% crit damage on rings and 6 AP on earrings - much more than 2AP from Tungrads. Therefore I'd still recommend getting the crescents, and put 3% crit damage in both of them - this will give you more damage in PvE and less headaches later on. (Note: for PvP you want HP on them). Unless you don't mind spending hours in Serendia later, when you could be grinding much better spots. As for the armor, seriously, sell it. If you are looking to progress in this game, you should actually never click it, there will *always* be something cheaper and better to spend money on. Pen Blackstars are so hard to obtain, and you already have two of them to get (mainhand and awakening). Pen Blackstars are something you go for in lategame, and to get to lategame you *will* need fallen god. I know it's content, but if you don't want to be a channel of "that guy with blackstar armor", just stop griefing yourself. The stone - most reasonable way to use it would be grinding, it will still be fun (good luck not getting lost with cooldowns, although as Tamer it's doable in both specs). You don't have the gear to actually make good use of it in PvP, in uncapped you will get 1shot, and in capped there are too many ways veteran players can get gear advantage anyway.
