On June 11, EVE Online is getting with Equinox a long time needed update to its Null Security Space, overhauling Nullsec maybe in a grand way, or not? In this video I will talk with you about my opinion on it and discuss all the announced changes. After all EVE is a very dynamic game, but nullsec is less so dynamic, being dominated by mainly two big blocs: Goonswarm and Pandemic Horde, and maybe this update can finally slightly change it and make nullsec properly interesting again even for smaller groups.

Large alliances will now have a passive income, large scale wars will be more affordable and that means much more fun
As a wormholer, there aren't many changes in this update that will affect my day-to-day unless we decide to go on a NS roam. However, I've been looking forward to getting custom ship SKINs for almost 10 years now, so this is still my most hyped update since citadels were released. I hope that SKINR gets implemented on in future updates and doesn't just sit abandoned for the next 10 years.
There's a comment floating around that the moon miners will work on j space moons. Can just spam your farmholes with athanors and moon miners now
@@trentkillingsworth unfortunately all the WH moons are R4s and hauling it out makes for tedious logistics
It depends on how easy the new structure is to kill ,if its unarmed and has only one timmer and cheap so small groups can afford it . Then im completly fine with it problem is when that structure is literally a fortress with multiple timmers and cost like a fortizar ,then its an annoyance . Also i see one problem is especially with ansibilexes its soo easy for blocs to move around and defend / attack those structures but on the other hand they can be great content drivers and can make fights happened. Maybe its a trade off it mines less than an athanor but constantly what would also be ok for smaller groups that cant organize big mining fleets or live in space where rorqual mining isnt a thing . But yea CCP needs to adress hypermobility to make that thing kinda ok . Also add siphon units so you can steal stuff from those structures .
Best feature: Skins. If they will allow the trade to be for some Isk will be a nice way for talented designers to make their monthly Isk. PI need an overhaul, but at least maybe we have a better ship to move PI around, epithal is kinda meh... and that results in either the need of jump freighters or keep PI in one constellation. Passive moon mining.... total stupid shit. We will get back to 2014... And the change of anomalies would be appreciated, i can't wait to finally take my Hel out for something else than CRABs
what if if the hub will be a hard reset for sov space until people build the new structures?
There will be grace period where both exist at same time or ccp will change the structures same way they changed stations into faction forts.
Okay - I love the idea of automated moon mining if you can still “ninja mine” and if it’s automated so less moon fleets it opens up for high/low sec moon ore raids == content!
i don't like moon mining being auto.

but the real question is will there be a diffrence in the ammount of moon mats or not?
i would like to see that the way of active mining will provide more moon mats vs the auto moon miner

honestly the new infrastructure hub changes is alot better than it was before, it makes the systems actually specialised and i think null sec wars will definetly change how they are fought.
i think the automatic moon mining will drop the price of R4 materials massively
Skyhook attracting pirate capitals is definitely the most interesting thing to me. And the new anoms, havens are so boring.
That's a horrible change though, because being at war 24/7 actually sucks. These changes mean GET READY FOR A CTA AGAINST RATS AND NOT EVEN PEOPLE!

Super nice that finally officer npcs will be slightly more accessible. Does mean that depending on what the spawn rate looks like, officer module prices will go down.

I’m not educated enough to form an opinion, I’ve been playing for maybe a month.
90% moon are not mined at all. even hi value moons are just cherry picked
passive moon income is bad.. we triede that before, and it didnt work
i dont do null so i dont care, still waiting for new pve stuff

Economy 101 if you are lazy and cheripick moons ore prices go up. Everything cost more. in the end you pay more ergo you get less.
Automatic moons will not give you cheripicked ore but everything will get cheaper in the end you pay for everything less giving you more.....
