About the crystals:
I personaly speaking dont like to put the macalod crystals in the top corner slots since that means that if you ever use the crystal setup on an alt you will just run the 3x macs instead of 4x macs
Adventures journals are also always smth to work on that i keep on forgetting so maybe that's something you can easy improve on.

About the alchemy stone from the main questline, PA has been special before and locked new content behind quest barriers. They tend to do that not so much anymore, but either way i would recommend to play threw the whole main story with your main. I know its a pain, and you will deffo dont have to priotize it but yeah I would recommend you to have it done at least once like said.
addition: I wrote that before the end of the video so yeah didnt know you said you will do it (but yeah same story for LoTML quest)
