I cycled out of Geneva Airport and did the Madeline and Glandon , stayed in Alamond near Boug de Ouason . Did Alp du Huez and Le Des Alps . Climbed the Lauteret and Galiber all with back packs !! Super tough but that’s why it’s so rewarding !! Enjoy ever miles cos winters coming in the UK but at least you can think of your fantastic ride 💪👍
You can also manualy make a route with Strava (that's what I would do), I hate going through French cities, they ride like crazy, few cycling paths and they don't care for cyclists.

Awesome guys 😍😍Ever since I bonked out 45 km from home and did not think I could make it home I always carry 2 packs of Dextro Energy tablets they take up no room in a small freezer back to protect them from sweat or rain. If you have no food and energy drops these will put it back they are used by Diabetics when their sugar level goes low. Stay strong you can do this👍👍🤟🤟

Very impressive, I know what it really means as 37 years ago wife and I did tandem avg. 154 miles a day for 17 days in a row.
