I keep getting a super annoying screen tear near the top of the screen on my PS TV. It's driving me crazy! Doesn't matter what I'm running. The main home screen, Vita games, PSP games, etc. The screen tear is always present. It only goes away if I change the resolution to 1080i. But then PSP games only run at 30fps for some reason. It's a lose lose proposition...

I hope the remote part doesn't break or you get drift I mean it's fine when that happens on a regular joystick stick I just buy another remote

Xbox Cloud gaming here in my location is still terrible I’m in the us and doing research. It doesn’t matter how fast your Internet is. It’s all about latency I literally have gigabit down 1000 and 1000 up but with the latency of 20-50 on Wi-Fi and it’s borderline unplayable the image quality is terrible and can’t see anything. I’ve tried this from an iPad M4 with a beautiful oled screen and really powerful m4 chip and still horrible.

Yeah, I see your point, and 1080p isn't what I take issue with. It's the LCD part. C'mon, OLEDs are more power efficient! Think of the better battery life!

Honestly some people don’t understand the difference between total resolution and area resolution, you could get a 4k screen that it 2 football fields long and it would look terrible because it would be less than one pixel per square inch but a 1080p on a 1 inch screen would be 1080 pixels per square inch

Honestly 1080P would be perfectly fine at that size. The pixel density would be 275ppi, at around 300ppi most people aren't going to see any individual pixels. We also still don't know whether it's going to be OLED or not, if it is that screen is going to look great.

weird looks fine on my computer here in the U.S with 1gb speed. When i use it to play fortnite Im gettin 60fps and no lag or anything bad.. Looks the same as when I would play the game nativily on my xbox series x

The windows app is garbage! However if you use a browser on a PC instead the quality is significantly better due to the clarity boost option. This boggles my mind! Use edge to install it as a app on your desktop and forget the store version.

I have been broke cause I was laid off and just emulation is keeping me gaming... I think $70 US is UNREASONABLE! I have to wait for a steam sale... $40 us I can ALMOST afford.

why is the xcloud streaming so pixelated compared to geforce now

Sucks now more than ever on my Series S. A large round bing/edge cursor covers the center of the screen every time I try to play a Cloud game. Sh*t like this really makes me miss Stadia. At least Google knew how the hell to implement cloud gaming so that it worked. micro$oft has no effing idea. micro$oft: "Here, pay us more money and we'll give you less for it."

Hrm, have you seen the game list from Blacknut ? How can you compare it to the Xcloud list ? Honestly, if the quality becomes better, it'll be the best offer

I love it also plays amazing. Playing black ops 6 on a $60 fire stick with a 2.0 kd. Why spend $600 on a damn console when I can just do this, hell I got basic spectrum cable Internet with zero issues running it. The way i see you can keep the high price hardware

Was your PS5 hardwired? Also, you don’t need to configure port forwarding for PlayStation remote play with the native PlayStation remote play app, or with the PS Portal. Basically, if you’re using a 3rd party app like chiaki for deck… then you’ll need to configure port forwarding for play outside of your home network.

I just purchased the PS VR 2 yesterday, it's on sale with the Horizon call of the Mountain , for $350 plus tax, I'm totally amazed by it, it'll take me awhile to get the adjustment proper so that I'm not getting blurry vision, but for the price, it's nice to be able to get into VR without spending an arm and a leg, I can always now enjoy vr, and maybe if the meta Quest 3 comes down in price, I might purchase that later, if I'm not getting motion sickness from the psvr 2, but the PS VR 2 at 350 dollars, is it good for starter step into the world of VR

Origins is easily my favorite game. To the point that I’ve done little gaming since playing it due to nothing comparing to it. In large part due to the magical setting of Ptolomaic Egypt and the near perfect way in which they executed it. The story was by and large amazing as well. The biggest let down for me was also that six minute scene- and the fact that, rushed decision though it was, the whole “nothing is true” secularism of the Assasins came by and large from Aya’s cynicism rather than a commitment to intellectual freedom. Sure, Bayek seems to maintain his faith and thus the compromise between the two makes the later Assasin order the (mostly) better (than the Templars/ Order of Ancients) proposition that it is. However, after seeing somethig of the principles of the Medji, a much more interventionary, protective, hopeful and spiritual order, through the game- and the fact that Bayek preserves a lot of the Old Kingdom knowledge, teaching his son about astrology and the myths and wisdom of older times, I couldnt help but feel a little sad and empty that it becomes the Hidden Ones/ Assasins instead of continuing on as the Medji.

Sure ps+ premium is cheaper but gamepass you get more bang for your buck plus you can get gamepass cheaper something close to 120 for a year unlike Sony locking you in to their store service you can get great deals outside of the xbox store

I loved Connor’s character as him being essentially Naive and not quite fully understanding how complicated the world is and how dangerous peoples words can be. To me Connor Kenway was a pure example of an idealistic person. Someone who always believed even when his faith and trust was tested. And this led to great discussions with Haytham and his counter arguments that were borderline nihilistic. I think a lot of people glance over how good their discussions were with the whole “it seems your tongue has tasted sour grapes” and the switch up with playing as Haytham for the first quarter of the game. Haytham only saw humanity at its worst and Connor always believed they could rise above their best. This of course bites Connor in the ass. As sadly even through all he’s been through and while he has had an effect it’s minuscule compared to the reach he wanted to have. However he never stopped fighting and never stopped trying. TLDR: Connor Kenways the GOAT
