I have this exact Bible. I just finished my first read through in it, and have begun my second. I’m loving it! Nice to know the paper is that strong! Great video, can’t wait to the see the two year update. God Bless!
I have a slate PSQ, its a lovely little Bible. I think its the best small Bible. Lockman have just brought out the goatskin Prime Editions of the 2020 NASB though, and the Large Print Compact has a similar look about it.
Awesome video... what glue did you use to repair the Bible in those two places? Also I noticed that your Bible lays pretty flat... did the hinge relax over time and allow it to lay flatter?
I can see that its had some use, with the yapp folding in, etc, but I can't tell how much its been used. I'm not brave enough to lift it with just one page though. I wouldn't want to tear one. As with Allen Bibles, the "plain" black is still a great option...but that British Tan looks lovely.
I have this Bible in the British Tan, it looks beautiful. I’ve had it for about 8 months. I do think sometimes that I should’ve got the black because the British Tan feels a little flashy for me when I bring it to church. Most people don’t think twice when they see a black Bible even if it’s premium, but for the Tan it grabs attention a bit which I don’t prefer.
no way!!! when you pulled the Bible from that one page my ANXIETY really kicked in and I got the hairs on my neck really got up...lol

I have a slate goatskin Quentel in ESV that I used everyday for 6 months. It held up very well, with minor marks and staining on the gilting.

that separation of pages should be covered by the guarantee of the publisher
