Hi I just had some questions regarding spouse extension visa; I was hoping u can answer them as I did ask on the other videos but did not get a reply. How much time we have to submit documents after applying online ? Is providing a letter to confirm wage slips are genuine necessary if payslips are in pof doc to upload online ? Can you please confirm exactly how many letters to provide for each person for each year as I'm a bit confused, Like for example the years; 2020, 2021,2022 and 2023? (Individual names on letters) Is council tax necessary for each ear if not available for all? Do we need to provide all passport pages for sponser and applicant ? Like empty ones Is it a problem if national identity card is expired of applicant from the country he was in before UK when providing it in the application form ? Can you confirm how after the application how does one submit documents and how much time we have to submit documents after the application? Many thanks
Hi, you must submit your documents 2 days before your biometrics appointment which can be booked up to 2 months after submitting your application. It is not necessary these days to prove wage slips are genuine as they are mostly electronic now and are being provided electronically. 6 letters in each name over the last 2 years. Most recent council tax is only necessary but you can provide a previous one as correspondence letter as well. You only need to provide the biometric page on the passport and visa/stamped pages. I don’t think an National id card from original country is even necessary to provide so an expired one will be fine.
