I went alloy over steel due to weight and only wanting the bar for potential animal strikes. Steel has more potential to bend your chassis and cause worse passenger injuries in a hard crash aswell

The Lucid Air Saphire is faster at 1.7 sec. Also has a greater range at 512 miles on a full charge. But you will pai about $180k for that performance. It's also a more luxurious sport car.

The arrangement that you spoke of 265/35 front 295/35 rear, for your wife’s car does not seem appropriate. I say this because that puts the the arrangement too much of a difference between the front and back., not sure if this matters but there’s only 20 difference between the factory 255/35 and 275/35. There is 30 difference between the numbers on your wife’s tire arrangement. I’m wondering how this affects the torque difference between the front motors and the back based on how it’s programmed by the factory would it be binding motor torque upon an acceleration? I have noticed that when you rotate tires or change tires, it goes through a small calibration when prompted to do so in the service menu setting, which it then says, do not hard accelerate for the first few miles, I’m not sure exactly what it’s calibrating. I would certainly like to know.

255/35-21 front 275/35-21 Rear Michelin Pilot sport all season came factory on my 2023 model Y performance, was built in September in the Fremont, California plant.

I would think about this if my truck was damaged in a crash and I was going to have to have the front bumper components replaced anyway. I would probably have the bumper painted in body color to match my truck

Seems the data shows that if you keep it max at 80% you’ll have noticeably less loss over time. Supercharging frequency not so relevant.

I have a 2023 long range it came with the 21” wheels I got a demo with 500 miles it’s was discounted 5k covered the wheel upgrade so I got the 20X10.5 square set up forged wheels I got the better handling was transformed the car 💯 the range was the same as with the 19” wheels that come with the car at no charge.

Model S LR 1/4 mile is 10.7 at 128-130 which is already in league with many supercars. I have a '22 M3P right now and just drove the SLR today. I found it to be every bit as fun to drive as my 3P, with more luxury and space to stretch out. I loved it. I'll buy the S at some point in the near future but I'm not sure if I'll go for the Plaid or just get the LR. My M3P is still plenty fast to put a smile on my face every time I drive it, and it's already quicker than nearly everything on the road. I'm not taking it to a drag strip, I drive around town and the occasional short road trip.

I was able to remove the 2 "star" fasteners underneath by using DeWalt's Bolt Extractor 5/16 size. Home Depot sells the set of 5 for $21. Who knows I may use them again!

I never got 303... It was always 276 to 280.. also it depends sometimes I charge to 100% it's 280 other times 276.. now 2 years later it's still does the same thing .. last week I took a 200 mile road trip so I full charge to 100% . It's was 279...

Pretty much a no brainer purchase right now especially with the price cuts by the company. There's nothing that can offer this much performanc for the money. The app is next level stuff which offers life-changing convenience. . The handling is pretty meh compared to even a cheap hot hatch. Its no wrx or mazda 3 turbo but whatever. If you can't look past the extremely minimalist interior then you better head to the kia dealership. Yeah the stereo is kick ass and no., DON'T TEMPT FATE BY LEAVING A DOG IN THE VEHICLE. THE PSYCHOS WILL BUST OUT THE WINDOWS AND GET AWAY WITH IT. The COPS WONT ARREST THEM EITHER. The wireless charging is so stupid on any car. If you are an apple Samsung or Google owner then range anxiety will prompt you to continually throw your phone onwireless pads which is not good for the phone battery life. Buy a OnePlus 12 with fast charging and never worry about range anxiety again. Why would you have a fast charging tesla and a slow charging phone?

If the twisting of the tail cap gave me an option to change between momentary on and a click on and off I’d be sold on this. But there are plenty of times you may want to turn a flashlight on and be able to set it down to use both hands and this flashlight will not afford you that opportunity, for that reason alone this light and the majority of the surefire line is useless to me.
