Love the sincerity. I just switched from the MYP to the Model X (non-plaid). I got the big wheels but only 5 seats. I am really happy I did so far despite the 60k extra. The reasons I switched were that the MYP ride was just too stiff and uncomfortable on the bad roads which are plentiful in San Francisco, and the many improvements in the Model X. I love the big windshield ca the roof in the MYP because as the driver I really didn’t get to see the glass roof. Also I love the new steering wheel in the X as it’s easier to rest my hands on it in auto pilot. The variable air suspension is amazing as well. I also think the car just looks mean in the 22inchers. Caveat is that somehow I got my X within 3 weeks of ordering it…
Thank you, I was wondering this for a while now. I have a model Y Performance just like yours and it's more than enough speed after owning two Hellcat Chargers LOL. I have a model S Plaid on order but I honestly don't think the payments are worth it. I guess you just helped me make my choice. I can't wait until the CyberTruck comes out!
I have to agree. I ordered a model X May 2021 and ETA is now delayed until the end of December 2022! I gave up and ordered a model Y performance last month and it will be here in August. I’m thinking I should probably still except delivery of the model X and resell it for a profit.

In my opinion the Model X is worth the price but the Model S isn’t. The features that the C come with, self closing doors, falcon wing doors, etc. it’s just a better value
I have 2 plaids X and S, and I’m also thinking about selling the S considering the practicality of the car. I do agree with you about the social status coming from the expensive things like cars. I personally don’t like showing off my wealth to people because I know how I became the person who I am today. Hopefully will see your updates on your X soon.

For me, the ideal car for everyday driving is the Model Y Plaid version with Air suspension, nothing else is needed.
My dad also has the Model S Plaid. he got it for 155k at the time. Now I’m ordering a model S plaid That’s already from inventory but new for 102k. Plus 6k for the enhanced auto. So around 108k. So my question is, since the price has dropped dramatically would you change your thoughts or opinions about it? Would it now be worth it for you? Thanks for the video. Cheers
If it were me, I’d buy a used 2021 or 2022 S plaid in the $80k range. To me, this is a fantastic value!

I’m surprised they’re lowering them this much. I paid $140k before taxes and it puts me underwater on my loan :(
The battery pack of an EV is so heavy that it's equal to the weight of six adults that's before the real passengers sit in. The US government will "surprisingly" announce later the repair cost of roads and bridges have tripled because of the impact the millions of EVs have had on the infrastructure not to mention ecological disaster that is involved in making and dumping the EV batteries.
FUN FACT:
If we take curb weight to be 25% extra for Telsa Model S compared to Toyota Camry thats 550 kilograms or 1200 lb which is the weight of SIX Americans on diet 🤣🤣🤣
Loll the Camry comparison. The m760i weighs 5200 pounds, which is 400 more than the plaid. How about that
