The SECRET Back Exercise to MASTER Pull-Ups
Struggling to conquer those pull-up bars? You're not alone! But fear not, aspiring pull-up masters! This video unveils the game-changing back exercise that'll skyrocket your strength and have you pulling yourself up like a pro in no time.
Say goodbye to plateaus and frustration. This simple yet powerful move targets key muscles for pull-ups, building the foundation for effortless reps.
In this video, I will show you a back exercise that you can do to improve your pull-ups. This exercise is especially beneficial for people to warm up their back muscles.
To do this exercise, grab on to a pull up bar with your palms facing away from you. Next, let your body weight sink to stretch you out. If you are unable to hold your body weight in this position, then hold as long as you can to build up your grip strength. From this position, keep your elbows straight and pull your body weight up pausing at the top for about 5 seconds, then relax. Repeat this exercise up to 20 times.
As you get stronger, you can gradually increase the number of repetitions and the amount of time you hold each repetition.
Here are some additional tips for doing this exercise:
*If you have any numbness or tingling in your hands, stop the exercise immediately.
*If you have any sharp, shooting, or stabbing pain while doing this exercise, stop immediately.
