  • Ankle mobility plays a huge role in our overall mobility. If we have limitations, then we can have other body parts compensate and become irritated.
    Ankle ABCs are a great exercise to work on all of the range of motion we need in our ankles.
    This is especially a great exercise after a sprained ankle to ease into motions that might be aggravating.
