  • In this video, I will show you an easy foot exercise that you can do to improve the extension of your toes. This exercise is especially beneficial for people who have tight or weak foot muscles.
    To do this exercise, you will need to sit in a comfortable position with your feet flat on the ground. Next, extend your toes as far as you can. If you are unable to lift your toes on your own, then you can use your hand for assistance. Hold this position for a few seconds, then relax. Repeat this exercise up to 20 times.
    You can do this exercise several times a day to improve the extension of your toes. As you get stronger, you can gradually increase the number of repetitions and the amount of time you hold each repetition.
    Here are some of the benefits of this exercise:
    -Improves the flexibility and mobility of your toes.
    -Strengthens the muscles in your feet.
    -Helps to potentially prevent and relieve foot pain.
    -Improves your balance and coordination.
    Here are some additional tips for doing this exercise:
    *If you have any numbness or tingling in your feet, stop the exercise immediately.
    *If you have any pain while doing this exercise, stop immediately.
