    Those pins are so cute!! I can't wait to see what other lil creations you come up with! You are doing amazing with both 75 Hard and your run streak! I've been so inspired and motivated by your vids and Insta, it's helped me get out of my slump. I'm no where near dedicated enough to do 75 Hard or a run streak but I made a commitment to filling my rings on my Apple watch at least 3 days a week, so I'm on my second week of that and feeling great! I even ran for the first time in months AND started lifting again! Thanks for the vids!! <3

    I started occasionally running last year ~July, and after half way through the Couch 2 5 K program (March 2024) I felt "confident" enough to go outside for my runs. After the initial period of getting-used-to-it, Now I only want to run outside :D :D

    So relatable and totally normal to feel this way! As long as you keep consistently in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight! I've lost over 200 lbs and it comes down to being consistent and not giving up. You don't have to be perfect, but stay consistent and keep going, and you will see the scale go down if you are in a deficit! You got this!

    I just finished 75 hard last week! You're going to feel so proud of yourself. Advice for the workouts, would be try to not push yourself too much everyday...maybe pic 3 days of the week where you push but the rest just focus on completing otherwise you may get burnt out. So excited for you!

      LOL i was already having laundry issues from my run streak 😂😭 also i have to go to the bathroom like 10 times before i fall asleep because i drink so much water at the end of the day! hopefully my body gets more used it to lol 😂

    lol, comparison point is so true. I've come across guys on BEGINNER running facebook groups (alwayyyys the guys) "Oh i just started running yesterday ..." - boom - 5mins per km pace... oh F off :D So yeah, it can be discouraging.

    You are doing so great! I love watching your videos 🤗 I just wanted to share with you that when I met my husband, he didn't run at all, and he was about 75lbs overweight. He thought he hated running, but he gave it a try and started by only being able to jog 5 minutes at a time. Over 10 years later now, he loves running and can even put in 15 miles runs with me 😊 Keep up the great work and I hope you keep sharing your journey!

    When I stop counting calories and focus on the actual food I am eating- I feel so much better, and so does my body. Eating junk "in my calories" used to bloat me and make me all inflamed so even though it's in my calories- I don't feel nearly as good as I do when I eat more whole foods/proteins (obvs with the occasional 'treat' here and there) :)

      exactly 😭 honestly i wouldn’t have been able to make better choices before counting calories so i’m super grateful for doing that, but i think this is just the next step for me and i feel ready!!

    I love following your running journey!! Have you been considering ‘time on feet’ in your training? As a beginner I used to only consider mileage and realized that whenever I consistently ran longer than 1 hour, I’d start getting injured. Eventually I worked my way up but just a thought! Can’t wait for the next video 😄

      it’s very different after being in a bit of a bigger body for so long! it reminds me of my younger self, and my younger self was capable of doing more things because i was healthier so it definitely makes me feel good!!!
