    i would consider this my first official weight loss vlog. as you can see even though i've lost 30 lbs so far, i'm still constantly figuring out what works best for me, food, routine, and exercise weight. i feel like this week was a really positive one compared to the funk i was feeling in last week. i really hope you enjoy the video!

    i enjoyed watching your video so much! i think it’s very cool how you decided to focus on what matters to you. i think sometimes i easily go with outside pressures and don’t really realize i rather focus on a different aspects of my own journey.

    I think you're doing awesome! Keep it up and don't let others' paces let you down! I do the run/walk method and I love it! It works for me! You do what makes you happy! I don't participate in big races/events because I don't want to feel pressured into running faster or not running at my pace. I'm currently training for my first marathon, and the goal is to finish it! I will do a course I have plotted out, and the only pressure out there will be for me to finish my race! Thank you so much for sharing!❤

    I love this journey you’re on! It feels very parallel to my own from a lot of the stuff you talked about in this video in particular. So much you said resonates with me! I think it’s great you are flowing with your goals instead of feeling badly about them shifting.       thank you mandi 🥹🫶🏼 i feel like the overarching theme is just finding what will help me achieve my goals while also fulfilling me! and you’re right! changing paths sometimes feels like a failure but i’m totally free to change my mind anytime i want! i appreciate you as ALWAYS ❤️

    Keep up the good work. Once you have a good routine and you feel you're getting better with your running endurance in place you will most likely add some more training to your fitness goal. You did a wise move by not focusing on a marathon as your goal you adding to much pressure to yourself. it will come in time you will see. For me I stretch 15-20 mins first. I weight train for about 30-40 mins at the planet fitness circuit strength section nothing crazy. I jog 3 miles at 10- 11 min pace. I normally jog about 31-33 min 3 miles then I walk at 3.0 speed for the rest of the time until I hit 45 mins then I am done all at planet fitness. I do this 4 x a week and walk outside 3 miles on Wednesday and Saturday.

      thank you! yes i guess it’s just figuring out a routine for me while putting all of curiosities at bay until i have a good thing going because then i get overwhelming and don’t accomplish anything! i like that you incorporate walking into your routine! i really want to do that for myself without again, getting overwhelmed!
