    You are doing so great! I love watching your videos 🤗 I just wanted to share with you that when I met my husband, he didn't run at all, and he was about 75lbs overweight. He thought he hated running, but he gave it a try and started by only being able to jog 5 minutes at a time. Over 10 years later now, he loves running and can even put in 15 miles runs with me 😊 Keep up the great work and I hope you keep sharing your journey!

      that reminds me of myself 😭 40lbs ago i’d run 1 minute and be dying 😭 i’m excited to see where i’ll be in 10 years time! thank you so much 🥹🫶🏼✨

    When I stop counting calories and focus on the actual food I am eating- I feel so much better, and so does my body. Eating junk "in my calories" used to bloat me and make me all inflamed so even though it's in my calories- I don't feel nearly as good as I do when I eat more whole foods/proteins (obvs with the occasional 'treat' here and there) :)

      exactly 😭 honestly i wouldn’t have been able to make better choices before counting calories so i’m super grateful for doing that, but i think this is just the next step for me and i feel ready!!
