    Congrats on your 40 lbs weight loss! It's okay to shift your focus and do what you like. Don't feel pressured to make weight loss content just to please your subscribers. And remember that running is a fitness journey and it's as interesting as weight loss! Especially since you're so passionate about it! 💜

    i want to start running but i’m so worried i’m going to fail or fall over and be embarrassed and never do it again 😭i’m overthinking this i’m sure

    So glad youtube channels like this still exist . I live watching these. And since the fatphobic blahhblahh, there are less of these. And people dont give numbers. Bro give me those numberrr i want those before and after photos !!!! I eat them up

    I really want to get into running. I just feel like i get out of breath so fast 😭 Did you just build up a tolerance?

      yes! i literally started running one minute, then two minutes, and i actually improved quite quickly! i also started running as slow as possible, that helped so much! you can do it!!!
