my longest run EVER! 🏃‍♀️ 5k training ✨ vlogmas day 7

today was so very surprising in the best way! today was my longest run ever, a whopping 4 miles. obviously within my 4 miles was a 5k and my 5k time is about 59:27 which, idk i kind of expected but it is something to improve upon!
my 5k is on new years day 2024 :)
