Have you ever played This Is Football?

Been playing a lot these days, even though the gameplay feels nice, there's a lot little inconsistencies that I wish weren't there, like the way some fouls are basically gifted, or the way some players just ignore the ball when im not controlling them, or my goalkeeper not getting involved when the ball flies right in front of them... Hopefully these will be adressed in the megapatch for FL25

What an overhaul! Beautiful, best gameplay so far, finally shooting feel good...and made it unplayable with forced manual passing. I hope assisted passing come back here in the future.

what are the mods

I recommend dream match tennis, if you enjoy really timing the ball and enjoyable movement on court. TE4 biggest 2 flaws for me are hard to predict the depth of the ball and on the run shot making. Dream match tennis is really a dream, when you master shots on the run! It feels so authentic. It also has sometimes unpredictability of ball landing, when you stretch for the ball. That is so enjoyable like in real life! Pro version now free for all, give it a try. But game is old. I also played Top spin 2k25 and was in top 20, but at higher level it's pathetic, because you can only win with short angle control shots and the outwide serves and low slow slices. it's not realistic at all!

with this gameplay the game becomes easier and more casual, in my opinion the defolt gameplay of PES 21 is better

I went back to AO2 because I was too fed up with Tiebreak. I can't see why the developers made Tie break instead of an improved AO. I don't need a huge roster of real players as I like to create my own.

Thanks for the review. I’m not going to buy that game! What is wrong with Nacon? They should be roasted. With MXGP 2024 they released another fully licensed game that is a complete mess. How do they even get licenses? And I’m not being picky here. It’s also lacking basic stuff that should be state of the art in 2024. It is a cash-grabbing, player-fooling company. They should be ashamed.

Is it possible to play different eras or seasons on a new save? Can i choose by starting 1992, 2008 or 2024 season with the realistic squads?

I still like FIFA but there’s something about the satisfaction of hitting a long range cross in this game that I never felt in FIFA. Truly the beautiful game

Hi, ive just downloaded this and unzipped it and copied the correct file to yhe doxuments folder etc. But when i click the fl2024.exe nothing happens. If i click fl2024_start.exe then sider opens but nothing else. I dont know why the game isnt opening at all? Did you have to do anything else to make the exe work?

How do you like this compared to Football Life 25 when you take away the ease of installation? I've got lots of modding experience outside of PES 2021, so that's not an issue for me. More interested in how gameplay compares between the two.

I like dream match tennis gameplay much more. It has a timing element by looking at the ball and how close it is to you and it affects direction also a little. Serving is also more satisfying. Pro version is now free too :).
