As someone who founded and owned (now sold) a business, I’ve hired and worked with hundreds of people of both genders. My experience was different from what you’re expressing here. But to be fair, in my hiring I filtered out big egos and other personality traits that could be problematic. idk …. I really like what both men and women bring to the table in both business and life - the masculine and the feminine.

Depends on what for. Shouldnt make a difference unless you're either a particularly poor judge of character that you end up hiring people who are a bad personality fit for your organisation or unless you have a particular hangup about it, in which case, its your money and your business, you can do what you like, so long as you dont discriminate against women. Men, you can discriminate against all you like, nobody gives af any more. Depends on what you want them to do and what their talents are. If you worked in the industry that i'm in, women have made some of the most brilliant project managers and operations managers that I would follow til the ends of the earth. Others that are less driven are even bigger skivers than the men are. A Trevor says, its over-generalising clickbait, which I will now happily unsubscribe from.

I prefer to hire the best qualified person with good soft skills and team work spirit. There are many competitive and narcissistic and at the same time incompetent women as well as men... hiring by gender is a dangerous oversimplification...
