Your out straight all day. You ever think of selling some of those printers and getting Vorons? You can print things in a third of the time compared to bed slingers. Less printers more production. Less running around. Great job though. What do you do in a event of a power failure? That must be a pain.

LOL, I understood what you were saying when you said “Be sure to jump positive to negative” when you were replacing the battery, but if someone isn’t paying attention to what you’re doing in the video, just jumping positive to negative of one battery could cause a problem. 😂

Please be aware that the HEPA filters used in these sort of units are not truly HEPA (they have HEPA media though) but the frame design does not allow for true HEPA filtration.

Because i didn't see anyone else mention it. You might want to consider putting a thermostat switch on the housing, and have that shut down the line if it flips. Short version for those who don't know they're simple & cheap electrical switches that flip ether on or off when a pre-defined temperature threshold is crossed.

5:07 filler on printing busts? As in the pellets are inside of the busts? How does that work

Have you ever considered using vibratory polishing to finish the parts? Youd still have to break off the supports but everything else would be automated.

Would you mind sharing ballpark financials? This looks legitimately like a full-time job - so effectively self-employed and not as passive as 3D printing sounds. Curious if you are pulling a regular working wage in the end with the benefit of being your own boss, or if you're headed toward a lake house with 12 boats in retirement.

If the power cost is factored in, then that would mean, the customers don't know the exact cost until it is done. Is this common in this business? Kinda like a car garage?
