@@Drflash55Official this'll be improved eventually. A new strat was found that's applicable for every track, so it's definitely beatable. But given that it's a very difficult category to TAS, and that a 58 doesn't seem super likely, there just hasn't been a lot of interest in beating this one

@AriGolden_17 oh, yeah that's done in world records as well. Some of the general strats are done, just not to the same level of optimization

@ I’m one of the world record holders for wuhu mountain loop and in Mario kart 8 I use to have moo moo meadows but it got taken

It works offline, but the lap won't count if you're too far left. It's somewhat precise

@@andyking502 Oh, yeah this was a weird one lol. Before I found the new method for doing the shortcut, this combo had the highest success rate with it. So I used this one because at the time we weren't sure if a 3/3 run would be doable even with TAS. This was beaten pretty quickly though because of the new strategy

@@noahb4109 true. Although it's slightly unfair, we've found glitches on half of the tracks. It's just a lot of them aren't as big as mkwii ultras

There are currently 15/32 tracks with a 3 lap glitch, and one track with a TAS only flap glitch, making the glitch category count 16/32. Best combo depends on the track. For online, it's metal mario, bdasher, red monsters. There are definitely new tricks not discovered. Many of them have been smaller and therefore haven't been as noticed by people outside of the TASing community, but I have actually been theorizing something that could change the game in a major way, so we'll see how that goes :)
