The "koulouri", is baked, dry circular bread with sesame. It is consumed with cheese/olives as a snack or accompanies coffee/tea instead of cookies. The one in the video is rubbish, not Greek, with a lot of calories. Greek yogurt MUST be made of sheep/goat milk (as feta cheese). When cooled, there is a skin formed on top. All other milks may produce yogurts but not GREEK YOGURT. In Greece one should ASK for original Greek yogurt else one eats a cow milk product.

I am Peruvian why did you not eat , Papa La Huancaina, , , Anticuchos,, Mariscos, Causa . I mean real Peruvian food instead of snobbery you might as well go to Europe. Oh and Peru invented Tamales tamelito oh my never mind. And Ceviche is another Peruvian dish . And Pisco is Peruvian. Go to Callao in Lima cheap Peruvian restaurants none of this snobby bs and eat real Peruvian food not tourist food LOL.

nonononononononono, everything wrong with this film! 1. you have to eat cheese with bread (and butter) not this stupid TUC cracker. 2. Cut away the hard edges of the cheese. this is just rearly for eating. 3. you rearly eat fondue by yourselfe. at least I don't know anyone who is doing it. it is always a social event and everybody is eating from the same pot with hot cheese in the middle of the table. oh, and normally you just eat it during wintertime. 4. OK, one more comment.... So many places I would neeeeeeeever go!!! When we here think of Brazil as a shithole (and the big cities really are and most of the poorer regions too), we see some places that really make us appreciate Rio de Janeiro as it is!! Oh, man... The more I see these videos, the less I want to go to some countries!! I lived in Paris in 1990, when I was 20yo, and traveled a bit through Europe before coming back to Rio. Still haven't been to many countries there. Missed Spain (only changed planes in Madrid) and Portugal, all Eastern Europe, Ireland, Scotland, and the Nordic Countries. But I'm planning on going to every single European country soon!! Well, besides Armenia and Georgia. And to Egypt and Jordan. Gotta go to Petra!! Great video!!

There is no wheat in bavarian potato dumplings. Seriously how would you get that idea. Because Gnocchi got flour mixed in? Making potato dumplings is quite a tedious process and my grandmother used to make them herself up until the early 90s. Theyre among the best side dishes ever. While its a very hard decision for me theyre slightly edged out by potato salad. If you never had a good potato salad in bavaria youre missing out. Gotta be careful though as regularly restaurants use pre made potato salad. If theres mayonaise in it then its not bavarian btw. Northern parts of germany do that and its just not for me. Way too heavy.
