- We spent an entire day in Reykjavik, Iceland trying as much food as possible. This was not very easy to do on a small budget so we attempted to find some cheaper options. We tried lobster soup, fish, hotdogs and some local desserts. We also ate a ton of food around the island during our road trip. We even found our favorite restaurant from our entire year of travel, Friðheimar. Food tours are such a great way to do a deep dive into a countries history and culture.

We can not talk enough about how much we love our Priority Pass. It has gotten us into dozens of airport lounges and has saved us hundreds of dollars. Plus its so much more relaxing to be in a lounge. You can get the Priority Pass for free when you sign up for the Capital One Venture X Card.
If you sign up using our link we will both get bonus points 😊

😋 And I love the yellow jacket!
Thank you! It was a great little souvenir!
This is the only place in world where I manly ate instant noodles and mashed potatoes. But I love that country. I could spend days at the blue lagoon
Haha, yes we had a lot of instant food over the campfire. We skipped the Blue Lagoon, but maybe that wasn't the right choice?
@@jordanandsoph It is very nice. You can alway visit Iceland again! There is always more to see
@@jordanandsophits nice but overrated in my opinion, plus tourism just spikes the price and hype. There are other places.
Best Regards from Iceland! Hope you had great time here :)
Thank you, we loved it! One of the most unique countries we have visited!
Whale is awesome if cooked right but as much as I love it I am against overfishing/overhunting
Welp... I'm hungry

Applesin (An Sykurs) is the sugar free variety. ✌
How cold does it get in iceland and what is the summer like?
The winter average is 0 °C (32 °F), and the summer average is 10-13 °C (50-55 °F). We wore light jackets and sweatshirts in the summer, with layers so that we could adjust throughout the day.
