  • HUGE THANK YOU to every single of you have followed us from the beginning, or for even one day of our trip to 40 countries in one year. The support, comments, and encouragement has meant the world to us as we took a nose dive out of our comfort zones. We wanted to make one last video about our year and recap all of our experiences, difficulties and memories from our year around the world. Creating this video has us looking back on everything that happened and we are so thankful. While some parts weren't always easy, we wouldn't change a thing. We hope that providing budget information encourages you to consider travel. While a full year trip isn't always possible, a 3 month trip for two to southwest Asia could easily be done with under $20,000.
If you enjoyed this video make sure to subscribe as we plan to continue to share more information we learned from our time around the world!
We can not talk enough about how much we love our Priority Pass. It has gotten us into dozens of airport lounges and has saved us hundreds of dollars. Plus its so much more relaxing to be in a lounge. You can get the Priority Pass for free when you sign up for the Capital One Venture X Card.
If you sign up using our link we will both get bonus points 😊

Great video! I really loved it! Glad to see you two experience God’s wonders around the world. Praise God! BTW this is Paul from AK. Happy for you two! This trip looked like tons of great memories and experiences. Jordan also knows that the cost of the trip was trivial to the experience of a lifetime. But, one thing I gotta rag on Jordan is...he should have known not to drink any tap water or watery dishes...recall one of the rules from Wadleigh about rural Alaska...JK. glad you two got over the issues. Anyways, I loved all your photos and was waiting for the videos! I really loved the worship part in Israel! Best wishes to you two!

Paul!! I hope all is well up in Alaska. I do not remember what Wadleigh use to say, but knowing him I am sure it was some real wisdom. Thanks for following along, it was such a great year!

    OK, one more comment....
So many places I would neeeeeeeever go!!!
When we here think of Brazil as a shithole (and the big cities really are and most of the poorer regions too), we see some places that really make us appreciate Rio de Janeiro as it is!!
Oh, man... The more I see these videos, the less I want to go to some countries!!
I lived in Paris in 1990, when I was 20yo, and traveled a bit through Europe before coming back to Rio.
Still haven't been to many countries there. Missed Spain (only changed planes in Madrid) and Portugal, all Eastern Europe, Ireland, Scotland, and the Nordic Countries.
But I'm planning on going to every single European country soon!! Well, besides Armenia and Georgia.
And to Egypt and Jordan. Gotta go to Petra!!
    Great video!!

I've got a whole itinerary ready for all European countries and of course all the Nordic, even Iceland, where you've already been to.
Norway is the one that surprised me the most!
My trip's gonna be a bit different, as I'm gonna drive a motorhome with a motorcycle, but I can give you great tips of all the attractions anywhere in Europe. Except Armenia and Georgia.....

We did look at flying to South Africa, but it wasn't in our budget!

Oh, so you were right at my doorstep!! I live in Copacabana!!
I would say the best way to see the sights in Egypt would be by helicopter!
Land by the pyramids, take a selfie with the Sphinx, and get the fuck out!! Don't even turn off the engine!!

Copacabana was beautiful! Yes, we wish we had had a better experience in Egypt!

Brazil is a beautiful country! But the people here ruin it..... Especially politicians.
