100% agree with you. I think a lot of Pilates Instructors out there thought we can fix people. Even mislead peoples that Pilates can cure Osteoporosis and Scoliosis. Mide Scoliosis is very common nowadays. But severe Scoliosis may need surgical intervention or braces. Same as osteoporosis, some patients really need to see Bone Mineral Specialists for treatments.
