Soups, Salads, and Sandwiches is Matty’s third book, and it’s dedicated to us - home cooks.
In the intro, he says it’s the best and that it belongs on that special shelf in your kitchen, and specifically he wants this book to be one that you could flip through and cook from every day. Just pick one soup, one salad, and one sandwich and cook a different combination every night.
But with a celebrity like Matty, there’s also a second question… what does his audience expect from him? If you've seen his TH-cam videos you probably already know that Matty is loud, opinionated, and fearless.
