It's too bad they discontinued the Thermapen mk4, it was a better probe given how fast it was. The new Theremapen one takes waaaaay too long for getting temps over an open flame. What a shame.

Woodsom, but don't hang it vertically that was a terrible idea tbh. The knives rotate a lot because their handles are too heavy to hang this way.
