    Ok I just made this and I need help. I subbed gochugaru for cayenne (2 parts to 1 parts) and its way too spicy, any tips for cooling down the pot?

      Using gochugaru would be a great start 😅 best option is dilution at this point but that'll dilute everything...

    What cut of meat would you recommend as a sub for my non pork eating friends?

    Is it spicy? This looks delicious but I'm a light weight with spicy.

      We don't think so, but you can always adjust the gochugaru to taste!
