I love these cookbook reviews so much, they’ve gotten me leaving sticky notes in my recipe books and trying more of them out instead of letting them collect dust
Without a doubt, your channel on both TH-cam and TikTok has become my new favorite cooking channel! The long-format videos are a blast to watch, and I'm learning a ton from how you analyze the dishes and get exposure to all the different cuisines I dont have easy access to As an aspiring home cook, my goal is to become a pro chef for my family, and seeing that you two are essentially living that life gives me inspiration and motivation
Kinda depends, but the best one we've found online is themalamarket.com/products/zhenjiang-chinkiang-vinegar-6-year It's a bit smoother and more well-rounded than most that we find in stores.
Respect but hard disagree, every time I've made the Cauliflower Bolognese it's been a hit. You do have to patiently brown the cauliflower at the beginning to get the right flavor but it's nice and light and tasty at the end.

Well done and competently edited. I enjoyed watching the two of you enjoying working together. Excellent commentary on the book's flaws.
my favourite food series on youtube for real ❤
I love those cookbooks videos, they’re by far my favourite! I hope you both enjoy making them and will continue to produce them!
