    My favorite Sad Papi video ever because we finally get to hear more about the person. We’ve been dying to have more of that for almost three years now. Brandon seems super smart is so well spoken…and seems so laid back. This was nice to discover that he is just like what you hoped.

    I like how you keep organizing and putting things away as he talks. I identified deeply with that when I let someone else cook in my kitchen. Really enjoyed this offcut and format. Keep it up

    I could watch 6 hours of this.
    When you are working in kitchens you are working so hard you just never get any opportunities to just talk about things. This is so much how I wish working in a restaurant was... Talking about and sharing stuff about food, learning about food, and learning things about the people I was working with.
    My best memories of working in kitchens are the times we shared food and stories.
    Your style really works here. More interviews with young Chefs. I could watch this al day.

    Tried searching every possible query to find Sad Papi's channel from memory. I saw him on your Tik Tok a while back. Thank you for putting descriptive titles and not click bait.

    This is soooo much more interesting kitchen banter then those netflix live show. Organic! Is this a videocast in making? I would watch the f out of it

      He was specifically referring to iota carrageenan in this case. And agar agar is pretty easy to come by these days, but the packet with the telephone is the easiest to use.
